TM Forum’s AI in Telecoms Overview course is an essential first step in establishing your understanding of how Artificial Intelligence (AI) is changing the telecoms industry. The course takes you through the basic terminology and features of AI, including the key application areas within telecoms, aspects and challenges of managing an AI project at scale and some associated tools and models defined by TM Forum to help manage the road to successful AI roll-outs.
